Catching Up On Things

Well we are half way through the cruise. Today we are in Reykjavik. Have some down time because we didn't have a shore excursion and it is raining outside. Hard to come up with a reason to go to town as it is Sunday and many things are not open. In any case we have had three stops I haven't documented so I will try to provide some updates

Our first stop on the way to Iceland was the Shetland Islands. We took a long walk and went to a local grocery store. Here are a few pictures

Our First stop in Iceland was a the second largest city, Akureyri. There we went to see Goðafoss Waterfall. We also stopped at a geothermal site that was quite interesting.

To catch up on our last stop we went to see yet another waterfall in the Isafjordur area. One thing you won't see is the incredible number of bugs we endured in the area. Despite that it was beautiful and worth the visit
